If for some reason SNOO shows a defect during the warranty period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the product, please contact us and have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, and serial number on hand.

If the defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will at our own discretion, repair or replace your product.

The warranty does not cover defects due to:

Normal wear and tear

Improper usage, maintenance, storage, or cleaning that does not follow the instructions in the manual
