• 1 time free SNOOClean Service (within 6 months)
• 6 months In House Warranty by SnooMama. 
• Delivery, set-up and demonstration of the SNOO. 

 SNOOClean Service:

1. Washing of mattress cover.
2. Wipe down of SNOO mesh with baby-friendly fabric cleaner.
3. Vacuuming the inner mesh areas.
4. Final wipe down of entire bassinet structure with cleaner & disinfectant.
5. Inclusive of pick up and delivery

 SnooMama Local Warranty:

If for some reason SNOO shows a defect during the warranty period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the product, please contact us and have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, and serial number on hand.

If the defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will at our own discretion, repair or replace your product.

The warranty does not cover defects due to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper usage, maintenance, storage, or cleaning that does not follow the instructions in the manual
